Kathy Warwick combines her business and management background with years of success in the careers industry to help clients take a proactive approach toward managing their own careers. She offers a high degree of personalized service, customized packages to fit individual needs, and quality documents that are a true and honest reflection of the client's past experience and future focus.

Since starting the business in 2002, she has earned certifications in Personal Branding, Career Coaching, and Résumé Writing - and now offers a complete list of services to help clients uncover and articulate their unique value to the marketplace

Kathy has held the positions of First Vice President and Regional Representative for the National Résumé Writers Association, has served as a mentor within the industry, and was one of less than 50 Nationally Certified Résumé Writers (NCRW) in the world. She has also had one of her resumes selected for publication in a career industry book.

Kathy's background is in the fields of banking and IT, holding such positions as Vice President of Operations & IT, Client Services Manager, and Account Executive. As an account executive at age 25, she was already accustomed to working and negotiating with senior-level executives. Now she combines that business experience with her success in career management to deliver no-nonsense branding and resume services to help clients target positions that support their work and personal goals.
